Temple Kol Emeth was founded in 1982 by seven families who felt the need for a Reform Jewish presence in Cobb County.  We have been affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism since 1987.

Our diverse membership welcomes people from all backgrounds and traditions.  Our synagogue is a partner of Pathways: the Interfaith Family Network of Greater Atlanta.

About Us

The Jewish people were born out of our love for God and God’s teachings to live to the fullest and to incorporate Jewish classical beliefs and values into our daily lives. We are a community built on the pursuits of Torah (study), Avodah (worship), Tzedakah (charity), and Maasim Tovim (good deeds). These are not mere concepts; they help form the very foundation of our Jewish community.

The purpose of Kol Emeth shall be to teach, study, and advance these Jewish foundations and to provide a religious experience and education in Jewish traditions and teachings for the temple members and their families. Membership is synonymous with involvement in synagogue life, including ritual observance, service to the community, education, emotional comfort, and personal growth.
