Temple Kol Emeth was founded in 1982 by seven families who felt the need for a Reform Jewish presence in Cobb County.  We have been affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism since 1987.

Our diverse membership welcomes people from all backgrounds and traditions.  Our synagogue is a partner of Pathways: the Interfaith Family Network of Greater Atlanta.

Brotherhood

How good it is, and how pleasant, when brothers dwell together in unity.--Psalms

The Brotherhood of Temple Kol Emeth is an active service/social organization. Our membership has been growing steadily over the last several years, and we would like to include you in our plans for the future.

Brotherhood members are involved in a great many activities and services which contribute to the welfare of our congregation, our community and ourselves as Jews. Some of the activities and services provided or sponsored by the TKE Brotherhood include:

Summer and fall softball league

Co-ed bowling league

Events co-sponsored with Sisterhood

Annual picnic

Ushering on Shabbat and High Holidays

Superbowl Party Gifts for b'not mitzvah

Overnight staffing for Zaban shelter

Sunday school traffic control

Brotherhood Shabbat Service

Temple sukkah construction

TKE Golf Tournament

The board of directors of the TKE Brotherhood encourages all men in our congregation to take an active part in any of our activities through Brotherhood membership. We offer members the opportunity to socialize with fellow brotherhood members and engage in meaningful services to the congregation and the community. Each member's involvement makes a real difference.
