Temple Kol Emeth was founded in 1982 by seven families who felt the need for a Reform Jewish presence in Cobb County. We have been affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism since 1987.
Our diverse membership welcomes people from all backgrounds and traditions. Our synagogue is a partner of Pathways: the Interfaith Family Network of Greater Atlanta.
Education
At TKE, we provide a range of classes and other educational activities for all ages. From serious Torah studies to silly festival activities, we have a class for you.
FOR ADULTS:
There are weekly Torah studies at TKE. Rabbi Lebow runs one every Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. in the Bemis Conference room off the main lobby. Cantor Perman runs one every Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. in the Bemis Conference room off the main lobby.
The TKE Job Support Network is open to members and non-members in the community who are currently seeking employment, in the process of a career transition, or returning to the workplace. Meetings are every Tuesday 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the TKE Social Hall. Please contact Maxine Hess at TKEJobs123@yahoo.com or 770-973-3533, ext. 216 if you need further information.
And more! Look at the Events area on the homepage or News and Notes.
FOR KIDS:
At Temple Kol Emeth we know that your child's involvement will help shape their Jewish identity and help them become informed Jews. Below you will find links to our religious and preschools. We take the education of our youth seriously and have a strong commitment to helping them learn about their faith and heritage.
