As we journey through the month of Elul, the month of the Hebrew calendar that precedes our Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashanah), many Jews find meaning in exploring a chesbon hanefesh, an accounting of one's soul. One of the many practices that our tradition has created to help Jews accomplish this is through the lens of viewing Elul as a Hebrew acrostic for Ani L'dodi V'dodi Li - I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine (Song of Songs 6:3).

Rabbi Foster is excited to explore ways of introspection based off of this practice to help us prepare for 5785. These three sessions can be taken as stand-alone classes or one three-part learning course. All three sessions will be offered in a hybrid manner. The Zoom link will be sent to registered participants before each session.
