Volunteers are the heart and soul of TKE and Family Promise of Cobb County; we need you now more than ever! Family Promise of Cobb County helps homeless families with minor children. Family Promise aims to provide families with basic needs for up to 90 days while they work and save 50-80% of their income towards future housing.
We look forward to welcoming Family Promise to the Doc Lebow Center March 16-23, 2025! We expect to host two to three families.
Volunteers are needed to help with set-up, cooking meals, and staying overnight. Family Promise provides training for all volunteers who interact with the families. For first-time volunteers or those who haven't volunteered in a while, we ask that you participate in the upcoming training session ahead of our Family Promise Week.
