High Holy Day Childcare Registration
Please verify reCaptcha before submitting the form.
Temple Kol Emeth is pleased to offer childcare services during Rosh Hashanah morning, Yom Kippur morning, and (NEW THIS YEAR!) Yom Kippur Afternoon for our children ages 2 through 4th grade. While our parents take part in the holidays with the larger community in the sanctuary, our children will enjoy a few hours of play, song, holiday themed activities, and snacks, under adult supervision. Pre-school children will be with teachers from the JCC Sunshine school, and school age children will be grouped by age, likely Kindergarten-2
nd
grade and 3
rd
-4
th
grade.
To best prepare for the programming and ensure the safety of our students,
advanced registration is required
. We will not be taking walk-ins. You can sign up for Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, or both. Please register via this form no later than
Wednesday, September 25
th
, at noon
.
Holiday childcare will begin at 10:00am on the morning of each holiday, and children are welcome to arrive starting at 9:45am. Please note that there will be a Kiddish Klub service each holiday morning at 9:00am in the sanctuary for preschoolers, their siblings, and their parents. After that service, those who are age 2 and over are invited to join the programming described above so their parents can attend the main service. You do NOT need to register for Kiddish Klub; only register if your child is participating in the above youth high holy day programming beginning at 10:00am.
If you plan to return to TKE for our Yom Kippur Afternoon services, childcare will be available beginning at 4:30. We will bring all of the participants in childcare into the main sanctuary at the end of Neilah for Havdalah (which includes glow sticks for everyone).
