There are many ways to get involved in the greater Atlanta Area as well as volunteering here at TKE.
Usher at services here at TKE
Start off the New Year by performing the mitzvah of welcoming guests! We need warm greeters throughout the High Holy Day services; please complete the usher volunteer form HERE and assist our congregants in having a meaningful experience at Temple Kol Emeth if you are able. Volunteering for just ONE shift is most appreciated!
Bring or Bake for the WRJ sponsored Rosh Hashanah Oneg
As we celebrate Rosh Hashanah at Temple Kol Emeth, we are excited to share our traditional Oneg following evening services sponsored by WRJ. If you are able, please sign up HERE to let us know what you can bake or donate. Your goodies are appreciated!!
High Holy Day Food Drive
For the High Holy Days, we support the JF&CS Kosher Food Pantry and its efforts to assist those in the Jewish community experiencing food insecurity. There are two ways to give:
- Bring requested food items to TKE and drop them in the barrels in our lobby... these barrels are already here, so you don't have to wait for the holidays to bring in donations. More information about what is needed most can be found HERE.
- Donate funds that allow the Kosher Food Pantry to purchase what they need. Donations can be made HERE.
